Call for Abstracts

Abstracts must conform exactly to the instructions provided for electronic submission. Abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations will be in English. Submitting an abstract to the ISEM 2016 Congress means that it will be peer reviewed and may be accepted for either an oral or a poster presentation. All accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract book. You may submit as many abstracts as you wish.

Abstract Notification

March 28, 2016, all submitters will receive notification of their submitted abstracts status for the meeting. If you do NOT receive an email notification regarding your abstract by March 28, 2016, please send an email inquiry to Technical Support /Congress Secretariat. Your email will receive a prompt answer. Inquiries before March 28, 2016 will not receive a response. All presenters are expected to cover their own travel and lodging, and pay the registration fees.

February 1, 2016: Abstract submission deadline (Extended to March 7, 2016)
Accepted applicants will be notified by March 28, 2016

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

- The abstract text should not exceed 300 words and should be structured as follows (excluding the Title, Authors and Affiliations):
- The full title should be provided, no abbreviations.
- Author list: the presenting author should be underlined.
- Affiliations: should be identified with numbers in the author list.
- Text should be structured as follows: Aim of Study - Materials & Methods - Results - Conclusions
- Do not attach pictures, reference lists or graphics to the abstracts.
- All abstracts must be digitally prepared as follows: Abstract text should be single spaced; digital text files should be supplied in Word .doc or .docx format (not in PDF); Times New Roman, 12-point font size preferred.
- Submitting authors are responsible for proofreading before submission.
- The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject submitted abstracts.
- All accepted abstracts will receive an acceptance notice via the registered e-mail address.
- In order for your abstract to appear in the program & abstract, the presenting author must be pre-registered and the registration fee must be paid in full for the congress.
